Ron and his Son are great people and they deserve ten stars for their hard work and dedication to the community and the client. I was treated very well and I am going to make sure everyone knows how much I appreciate the low pressure and respect that I received from them. I was picked up and dropped off by the team and they were all very nice and polite and professional. Ron is a KISS fan! How can you not be comfortable with a guy like that lol Thank you guys for all of your help and the help you continue to provide. You are setting the standard for pre owned dealers in the market. Last week, I purchased a Jeep Renegade from AWD Auto Outlet, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I can’t say enough good things about AWD Auto Outlet. Ron and Nate were incredibly kind throughout the entire process and genuinely made me feel like they cared about more than just selling a car. They did everything they could to make sure any issues were addressed and that I was leaving with a vehicle that was safe and reliable for both me and my son. If I could give them beyond a five star I would! And I promise this review is worth the read. Nate & Ron eased all my car buying anxiety. To clarify, a few days before going to AWD Auto Outlet, I went to a Nissan dealership in Somersworth to check out the same car, different year (more miles on it) and had hard pulls to my credit multiple times without my consent. Coming off the back of that terrible experience I was nervous to even continue to look at cars but being in need of a vehicle I had to push past this. I found the car listed on a third party app, with less miles than I ever expected to find for a steal of a price. Of course my first thought was “well what’s the catch?” My defenses were up to say the least. I very cautiously went to test drive the car, explaining the experience I had just had to both Nate and Ron. They understood my reservations and did everything in their power to make me comfortable. Both of them not only let me move at my own pace with this, they never once pressured me to pull my credit or buy anything, they were patient and kind with me and answered my endless amount of questions (I was still convinced there was a catch). I walked off the lot after the test drive having taken a chunk of their time and no purchase made. They understood I needed time and respected the amount of time I took, no repeated phone calls, no emails etc. I took my time and had read EVERY review on this place, determined to find the catch, I still felt stumped because every review sans one outlier was a raving review. Literally only ONE poorly rated review, knowing there’s two sides to every story, I had a feeling it wasn’t Nate and Ron that had made things difficult for that person. Like they said to me, they are local to the area, they don’t want to be in the grocery store with the same people they sell cars to and have people be upset about their service. EVERY SINGLE conversation I have had with them has been upfront, honest and even more so genuine. How often do you find a caring car salesperson?!? Like seriously what’s the catch? I went back the following day to my deep dive into the people behind AWD, and of course I had more questions about the car, their company, how they do business but between you and me, at that point I felt confident that they were the people I wanted to buy with, solely based on how genuine they are. I had told them I would like to move forward in the purchase and that’s when I learned the catch. The catch is: they are truly just that amazing of a business that they wholeheartedly put their customers first, no matter what it meant for them. They worked hard to get me exactly where I needed to be to fit MY budget. Never once throwing crazy amount of numbers at me, or complicated rates. They ran my credit ONCE (with my permission) and worked internally to get me where I needed to be, the whole time walking me through the next steps and breaking down every single piece for me. It was outstanding how easy they made it for me. But it didn’t end with it being made an easy purchase for me, they offer repair services specifically for their customers, at a discounted labor rate! They offer help with finding great rates for your insurance, and because they worked internally to help lower my rates, they offered options to refinance down the road if I so choose. Oh and how can I forget, they bought my 2009 Subaru off of me so I could put that to the down payment! Offering me more than I probably would have even made on my own if I tried to do it myself. I can’t express how much gratitude I feel in this moment for of chance finding AWD Auto Outlet and meeting Nate and Ron. I will continue to rave about them to every single person who will listen and share what an amazing experience I have had with them. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I borderline look forward to needing basic service to my ‘new to me’ car so I can update this review with more amazing experiences that I have there! With all that being said, hand over fist, I would choose AWD Auto Outlet again and again.

my fiancé and I went there with intentions on buying a 2015 Nissan Rouge only to find out it had sold earlier that morning however they were very helpful with getting us into an even better 2017 Chevy equinox premium with low miles and only a 1 owner car! Bought a car here with my fiance, and I have to say Ron and his family are the absolute best people to do business with , their character is what America was built on , when you think mom and pop shop u think of a family run business where everyone's just trying to help each other out and thats exactly what Ron is just another person trying to make a living but helps others out in the process i dont think I'll ever buy a car anywhere else from the second we walked through the door he was friendly and helpful and had the utmost professionalism and I truly beleive every word and every promise he made its not every day you find a used car dealership with integrity but just talking to Ron for the first few minutes you can tell he is a utmost honest and kind person I 100% recommend buying a car here

When every car dealership I went to told me "no!"...AWD Auto, confidently told me "YES!” When Ron and Nate both told me to trust them...my 1st thoughts were..."Trust a car salesman? HA! Isn't that an oxymoron 🤔?!!" When they both promised that..."they WILL take care of me, they WILL get me financed and I WILL be driving away in a new (to me) vehicle!!!" PROMISED!!!! I was reluctant to believe it... When...I'll be damned if they didn't make good on EVERY single promise they made to me! They DID take care of me, in fact, they went above and beyond, even made me, and my very rambunctious granddaughter, feel like family. They DID get me financed and I DID drive away in a beautiful car that I'm SUPER excited about! In the end I even DID trust them!!! They have great vehicles, and even better staff!!!! I also want to give a shout out to Cassandra, not only is she beautiful but she is kind and friendly as well and my granddaughter LOVES her!!! I'm pretty sure she thinks you are a princess and I think she may be right! You have a return customer here, and yet ANOTHER 5-star rating! Happy holidays to you all and I WILL see you in a year 😉

What an amazing experience I had buying the SUV I have dreamed about for YEARS!! This dealership is so much better than any other ones I’ve ever dealt with. They are very friendly, considerate, transparent and are willing to do what it takes to please their customers.There is absolutely no pressure to buy. Because of our financial situation, we could only spend so much for a car. We found one that we liked but the numbers didn’t quite work for us. To our surprise, they did their best to get us into a beautiful Jeep that we were looking for and the payment we could afford. They went above and beyond to please us and I’m sure they will do the same for you. You cannot go wrong with this family owned dealership. I highly recommend AWD Auto Outlet. They really stand behind their cars. Really helpful, sincere people. The prices are great, and you can obviously see that for yourself online, but the service we got and the personal care and attention were excellent. We thought we had an issue with a car that we bought and Nate was so responsive. It turned out to be nothing, and the car has been fantastic, but he got right back to us and offered to do whatever was needed to make sure we were taken care of. Do not buy a used car anyplace else without checking this place out first.
